STORE POLICY

 

Your appointments are very important to us at Lily Joy, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

 

- Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

- No Call No Shows: Will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled service 

​

- LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

- Booking: A card on file is required upon booking. Without placing a card on file we cannot reserve an appointment time. Walk-ins are welcome upon availability, but appointments are highly recommended.

- Additional Guest Policy: Please note we are a smaller space and cannot accommodate additional guests who are not scheduled for a service. Arriving with additional guests may result in a cancelation and 50% cancelation fee.
